Amy Klugherz

Amy is a Minnesota native and a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. She began her career in 1995, helping companies of all sizes start, reinvigorate or expand their business locally and nationally. She worked directly with job seekers and corporate clients in Minnesota and the Southeastern United States. Through her work she gained a reputation for conscientious representation, responsive client service and innovative solutions. She was regularly commended for her service to individual job seekers and received public recognition for her support of minority law students during her tenure at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Amy has continued to expand and sharpen her skills through MBA, Servant Leadership and Counseling coursework.

           Catherine Harkins

Catherine began her corporate recruiting work 14 years ago following a successful career in the US Air Force. After settling in Charlotte, North Carolina, she developed strong community ties and built a regional reputation as a tenacious and effective resource for employers and professionals. Although her specialty has been providing services for the legal community, she also has experience with corporate hiring for human resources, accounting, and administrative positions. In addition, Catherine has been responsible for international recruiting work and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. She has managed regional offices for national organizations and started two small businesses. She joined Forward as a Partner in 2009 managing the recruiting arm of the organization and doing one-on-one coaching and group seminars.
